Wedding at The Oakland House
This Afton, Missouri wedding took place at the Oakland House. It’s a quaint new venue that has loads of charm inside and out. The Oakland House is a recently restored mansion originally built in 1853 by Louis A. Benoist, a pioneer banker. The house, now a historic museum is now operated and maintained by the Afton Historical Society who began the restoration in the early 1970’s. It offers beautiful grounds and amazing wedding photo opportunities.
The event was captured by the talented Rebecca Clark of Rebecca Clark Photography. The day looked to be a wash out with rain in the forecast. Fortunately, the ceremony went off without a hitch and Rebecca was able to navigate the overcast day and catch so many beautiful moments.
Jessica and Tommy were a stunning couple inside and out. We are truly grateful to have the opportunity to serve such incredible clients.
